Job SummaryWe're seeking a skilled RN Charge Med-Surg FT Nights to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you'll be responsible for coordinating functions and activities related to a single departmental function. This role requires effective interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to implement change and manage departmental budgets.
Responsibilities- Coordinate scheduling efforts of unit RNs
- Act as liaison person to internal and external customers
- Develop and implement plans/processes for meeting regulatory requirements
- Train and mentor staff
- Nursing Degree from an accredited nursing school
- Two years relevant clinical nursing experience
- License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona
- CPR and ACLS certifications
