Job SummaryWe're seeking a skilled RN PreOp PACU Full Time Days candidate to join our team at Abrazo Arrowhead Campus. As a key member of our healthcare team, you'll provide professional nursing care within an assigned unit, coordinating care planning with other disciplines and acting as a supervisor to direct other healthcare employees.
Responsibilities- Provides individualized, age-specific, and direct bedside nursing care based on the nursing process and patient needs.
- Coordinates care planning with other disciplines and acts as a supervisor to direct other healthcare employees.
- Systematically evaluates the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice to identify patient goals.
- Participates in hourly rounding and observes safety guidelines and safe work practices.
- May be asked to be in charge for a shift(s) and supervises other members of the healthcare team.
- Nursing Degree from an accredited nursing school.
- License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona.
- CPR and ACLS certifications as applicable by Facility/by Department.
- Minimum of two years of current Level III NICU experience including neonatal ventilator.
- Preferred experience in acute care, certification in specialty area of practice, and BSN degree.
