We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Cardiac Stepdown unit. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care, coordinate care planning with other disciplines, and supervise other healthcare employees.
Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing care within an assigned unit, utilizing the nursing process and patient needs.
- Coordinate care planning with other disciplines, ensuring seamless patient care.
- Supervise other healthcare employees, delegating tasks and utilizing independent judgment to direct patient care.
- Systematically evaluate the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice, identifying patient goals and participating in hourly rounding.
- Observe safety guidelines and safe work practices, ensuring a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Nursing Degree from an accredited nursing school.
- License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona.
- CPR certification.
- ACLS certification, as applicable by Facility/by Department.
- Preferred experience in CVICU or ICU or Min 2 years in Cardiac Stepdown.
