Position OverviewWe are committed cancer advocates, united by our mission to provide earlier and smarter answers. As a Colorectal Cancer Solutions Consultant (CCSC), you will play a pivotal role in the fight against cancer.
The CCSC will spearhead the growth of our flagship product, Cologuard, within medical practices to achieve sales objectives in designated regions, emphasizing the significance of Colorectal Cancer (CRC) awareness and screening.
This role is designed to strengthen customer relationships, drive revenue growth, and enhance patient outcomes through the integration of Exact Sciences' innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Gain in-depth knowledge of local healthcare ecosystems to identify opportunities for improving patient care through Exact Sciences' offerings.
- Analyze the treatment pathways within the local healthcare system to pinpoint opportunities for collaboration with healthcare providers to enhance clinical decision-making.
- Establish and nurture a network of relationships within accounts to uncover unmet needs and capture essential customer interaction data using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Synthesize information from various sources to understand the evolving local care landscape, utilizing tools such as Engage (CRM), Excel, and Tableau to make informed decisions on account potential.
- Develop and execute strategic business and account plans to elevate the visibility of our products and maximize sales opportunities.
- Lead the implementation of tailored customer engagement strategies, collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs effectively.
- Educate and empower targeted physician groups about Exact Sciences' products, ensuring they are equipped to make informed treatment decisions.
- Proactively pursue business growth by identifying high-potential customers and initiating meaningful connections.
- Gather feedback from customers regarding their experiences and satisfaction to continuously improve our service.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution of account plans, enhancing customer satisfaction and patient outcomes.
- Maintain the highest ethical and professional standards in all business dealings, aligned with Exact Sciences' mission and values.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Management, Marketing, Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of sales, inside sales, or account management experience, or a combination of sales and healthcare experience.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to meet healthcare facility access requirements.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in medical device or diagnostics sales.
- Background in sales targeting primary care physicians.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
