Business Contact Center Representative

William Everett is seeking a highly skilled Business Contact Center Representative to join our team in downtown Chicago.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to and service customer calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding their accounts and billing inquiries.
- Research and resolve customer concerns and issues in a fair and efficient manner.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates Degree preferred.
- Minimum of two years experience in a customer-facing environment with similar functions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer literate with PC knowledge and ability to navigate multiple applications.
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and able to pass a criminal background check.
