Job Summary

William Everett is seeking a highly skilled Business Contact Center Representative to join our team in downtown Chicago.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and service customer calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding their accounts and billing inquiries.
  • Research and resolve customer concerns and issues in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of two years experience in a customer-facing environment with similar functions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer literate with PC knowledge and ability to navigate multiple applications.
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and able to pass a criminal background check.
