Receptionist and Administrative Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors warmly and provide essential support to vendors, candidates, and contractors.
  • Act as a liaison with property management and various service providers.
  • Ensure that the workplace and all employee areas consistently adhere to safety standards.
  • Optimize the use of office space for maximum efficiency.
  • Maintain the security of the facility.
  • Order office supplies with the necessary approvals.
  • Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the breakroom.
  • Manage and distribute incoming mail effectively.
  • Assist various departments with mail requests, including payroll distribution.
  • Collaborate with HR to uphold office policies and support employee engagement initiatives.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in office management or administrative roles.
  • Familiarity with office management practices and procedures.
  • Strong time management abilities with a knack for multitasking and prioritizing tasks.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding customer service orientation.
  • Able to thrive in a high-pressure environment with competing demands.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
  • Understanding of business and management principles.
  • Basic knowledge of project management principles.
