Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome visitors and provide essential support to vendors, candidates, and contractors.
- Act as a liaison with property management, contractors, and various service providers.
- Ensure that the facility and all workspaces consistently adhere to safety standards.
- Optimize facility space allocation for maximum efficiency.
- Maintain the security of the premises.
- Procure supplies as necessary, with the approval of HR or Accounting.
- Oversee the cleanliness and stocking of the breakroom.
- Organize and distribute incoming mail.
- Handle mail requests for various departments, including payroll distribution.
- Collaborate with HR to uphold office policies, assist with employee engagement, onboarding, and other assigned tasks.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in office management, administration, or as an assistant.
- Familiarity with office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding customer service aptitude.
- Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
- Understanding of business and management principles.
- Basic knowledge of project management principles and practices.
