About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Account Manager to join a dynamic and growing real estate brand.

The ideal candidate will provide marketing and administrative support to the company's agents based in their Bal Harbour, Miami office.

This is a full-time, in-office role from 9-5, M-F.

This role is a great opportunity for someone passionate about real estate who is looking to grow in a back-office, supportive function.

Role and Responsibilities
  1. Support and Grow Current Office and Agent's Business
  2. Creation of various deadline-oriented marketing materials including presentations, flyers, signage, eblasts, social media, and other industry-specific advertising
  3. Liaison between agents and the company's Creative/corporate on marketing needs and processes
  4. Agent Marketing and listing planning
  5. Coordination of local ad and media buying
  6. Management of print coordination of marketing materials with local vendors
  7. Approval of marketing for compliance and brand guidelines
  8. Marketing training/onboarding for all new hires (staff and agents)
  9. Maintain and Promote office Social Media Account
  10. Coordinate Office Marketing Initiatives
  11. Agent Biography writing
  12. Have thorough understanding of APT and Agency Connect and timely complete assigned tasks
  13. Participate and help coordinate office marketing events
  14. Perform any other tasks or duties assigned by management
Qualifications
  • Tech-Savvy and able to learn software quickly
  • Ability to follow templates and stay on company brand guidelines
  • Attention to detail - precise when executing assets, proofreading, and spellchecking
  • Go-getter mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple listings/accounts
  • Courteous and loves to help others
  • Bonus if you love real estate
  • Excited to work on projects, able to be flexible if needed

Compensation

50-60K, with the ability to grow
