Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences, and to provide tailored solutions to drive revenue growth.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement regional growth strategies, and to optimize revenue opportunities across the business.
  • Market Intelligence: Provide high-quality information on the local market, including market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights, to inform proposal strategies and maximize market inventory.
  • Account Planning: Develop and execute account plans with sales owners and regional contacts to ensure alignment with national strategy and sales teams.
  • Relationship Building: Develop relationships with key local influencers to drive awareness of Clear Channel Communications, Inc.'s differentiation and performance, and to stay informed about client needs.
  • Operational Management: Manage the integrity of the market playbook, including sales inventory, rates, and sales strategies, within Clear Channel Communications, Inc.'s Sales & Proposal systems.
  • Post-Contract Activity: Coordinate and ensure fulfillment of client campaigns, including materials, production execution, and posting instructions, and resolve issues promptly when they arise.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience. Seven (7) + years in a successful sales, advertising, or marketing services organization.
  • Skills and Competencies: Deep knowledge of the outdoor advertising business and competitive environment, national strategy, pricing, budget, rate, and occupancy impacts in the local market/region. Excellent collaboration and client service skills, with the ability to develop and foster productive business relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to sit and/or stand at a desk for a minimum of 8 hours a day, complete tasks requiring repetitive use of hands, lift and move items up to fifteen pounds, see written documents, computer screens, and adjust focus. Work performed in a temperature-controlled office environment.

Additional Requirements:

  • Travel: Able to travel up to 20% of the time for meetings and market rides.
  • Valid Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle.

Targeted Salary Range: $125,000 to $167,000 annually.
