About the Position:

The Client Service Manager I (CSM I) is a key role within our branch, responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective performance of all operations functions. This includes managing teller functions, new account functions, and background operations tasks and duties. The CSM I is also responsible for maintaining expenses and losses within the annual budget, as well as encouraging non-interest income. Additionally, the incumbent will actively cross-sell Bank products and services, provide training and support to staff, and assist Client Relationship Managers with outside calls to selected businesses and current clients. The CSM I will ensure that clients are served promptly, courteously, efficiently, and professionally at all times. The incumbent will also be responsible for reporting any and all losses to the Chief Operating Officer immediately. The CSM I performs all duties accurately, timely, and efficiently, and according to Bank policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage teller functions, new account functions, and background operations tasks and duties
  • Maintain expenses and losses within the annual budget

  • Actively cross-sell Bank products and services
  • Provide training and support to staff

  • Report any and all losses to the Chief Operating Officer immediately
Requirements:
  • Previous management experience
  • Minimum of 3 years bank experience in banking
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent client service skills
  • Professional appearance, dress, and attitude
  • Excellent math skills
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office software package
