About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee two residential CLA group homes at Network Human Services. This role involves direct supervision and evaluation of lead and direct support staff, as well as overseeing all resident and house finances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Residential Oversight: Ensure seamless operation of two residential CLA group homes, meeting all regulatory requirements and maintaining high standards of care.
  • Staff Supervision: Directly supervise and evaluate lead and direct support staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Financial Management: Oversee all resident and house finances, ensuring fiscal responsibility and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Comply with all Agency and Department of Developmental Services regulations and policies, staying up-to-date on changes and developments.
  • Emergency Preparedness: Develop and communicate emergency action plans, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents and staff.
  • Quality Assurance: Provide quality assurance, monitoring services and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Medical Administration: Oversee all aspects of medical administration, including medication management and coordination of medical appointments.
  • Staff Scheduling: Manage staff scheduling, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing overtime.
  • On-Call Coverage: Provide on-call coverage, responding to emergencies and incidents outside of regular working hours.
Requirements
  • Education: Associates or Bachelor's degree in a related human services field preferred.
  • Experience: 3 years' experience in the human services field at the supervisory level, with a focus on residential services.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Valid Connecticut driver's license and eligibility for Network Human Services' auto insurance, as well as certification in medication administration and first aid/CPR.
  • Skill Set: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
