Job Summary

We are seeking a Support Services Associate to provide direct support to individuals with intellectual disabilities at March Inc in Willimantic, Columbia.

As a Support Services Associate, you will work closely with our team to develop and implement personalized plans tailored to each individual's needs.

  • Your responsibilities will include providing instruction and assistance with daily living tasks, managing finances, and ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • You will collaborate with our residential program manager and other team members to ensure high-quality care and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills and experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities are required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.

Estimated Salary: $36,000 - $41,000 per year.
