Individualized Care Specialist

March Inc is seeking a skilled and compassionate Individualized Care Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide individualized support to individuals with intellectual disabilities, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
The estimated salary for this position is $48,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Main responsibilities include:
- Providing necessary support/treatment and documentation for unusual incidents.
- Working cooperatively and professionally with coworkers, residential support managers, administrative personnel, clinical, and community providers.
- Reading all daily communications, keeping updated on relevant issues, and communicating problems/concerns involving individuals supported in the program to the support manager.
Requirements include strong customer service skills, experience working with people who are intellectually/developmentally disabled preferred, and an understanding of basic concepts of personal care and housekeeping. A current driver's license, high school diploma or equivalent, and at least one year of experience in a similar role are also required.
