About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Residential Care Support Professional to join our team at Network Human Services. As a member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing direct resident care, participating in routine residence maintenance, and contributing to a positive living environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct care to residents, including activities of daily living, socialization, development of communication skills, and other essential tasks.
  • Assist residents with personal hygiene, transportation, and leisure activities.
  • Maintain accurate electronic health records, including resident status assessments, medication administration documentation, and ongoing inter-staff communication.
  • Participate in residence maintenance, including cleaning, laundry, and ensuring a safe living environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to maintain confidentiality, and have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care. A valid Connecticut Driver's License and proficiency in basic computer skills, particularly electronic health records, are also required.

Benefits:

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $43,000 per year, 37.5 hours of work per week, and opportunities for professional growth and development. Monday through Friday, 8:00am-3:30pm.
