Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at GPAC. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities in the commercial construction sector. You will build and maintain strong relationships with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and potential clients, and develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial construction sector
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the AEC industry
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals and presentations
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in business development or sales within the AEC industry (commercial general contractor or subcontractor experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of commercial construction processes and the bidding cycle
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
