Account Executive Job Description

At Applied Resource Group, we are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Account Executive to join our growing organization. As a key member of our sales and recruitment team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the Atlanta, GA market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any issues proactively.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned industry, leveraging your sales and marketing skills to drive growth.
  • Sales and Negotiation: Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement and effective sales strategies, negotiating terms and contracts with clients to ensure favorable outcomes.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the recruiting team to ensure the timely and successful placement of candidates, creating a business development plan that includes target prospective customers, desk specialty, and marketing plans.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of prior B2B outbound sales and prospecting experience.
  • Skills: Ability to create your own leads list with provided sales enablement tools and CRM, experience in Public Speaking and Presentation, knowledge of Sales and Marketing concepts, and proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
