Hotel Receptionist Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Manage guest reservations, including room assignments and modifications, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Process payments, handle guest inquiries, and respond to requests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records, complete reports, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required; College coursework in related fields preferred.
- Experience in a hotel or related field, preferably with a strong background in front desk operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and proficiency in using various software applications.
Salary: $18.00 per hour.
