As our Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), you'll play a key role in ensuring the security posture of our information technology roadmap.

About the Role

The CISO will be responsible for implementing and maintaining an information security governance framework, overseeing the structure of corporate information storage, and managing threat intelligence and vulnerability management processes. This individual will also provide technical expertise to assist legal personnel in defining compliance with relevant regulations and contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Security Governance: Develop and implement an information security governance framework, including practices and procedures.
  • Cybersecurity Operations: Oversee information system security operations, including monitoring, detection, and response to security threats and vulnerabilities.
  • IT Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with the company's mission, oversee daily operations, and ensure all systems are secure, reliable, and scalable.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or equivalent.
  • 12+ years of senior leadership experience in commercial and/or defense/classified environments, preferably in defense, aerospace, or technology security sector.
  • Manufacturing/Operations Expertise: Understanding of Bill of Materials (BOM), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Resource Planning, etc., to help scale Capella's manufacturing capabilities.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary range of $220,000 - $291,500, commensurate with education, qualifications, knowledge, skills, ability, and experience.
