We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator to join our team at PulteGroup. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up new communities, plans, and vendors in our purchasing systems and portals. You will also be responsible for inputting plan budget information, generating and distributing contracts, and maintaining plan budgets through the contract change process.
Key Responsibilities- Set up new communities, plans, and vendors in purchasing systems and portals
- Input plan budget information into purchasing systems
- Generate and distribute contracts
- Maintain plan budgets through contract change process
- Administer color setup for new communities
- Track trade partner insurance compliance
- Administer utility and energy-related programs and rebates
- Setup and maintain rebate tracking system
- Utilize enterprise purchasing and accounting systems to input data and generate reports
- Support vendor payment inquiry process
- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in contract administration and/or related construction general office experience
- Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint
