Key Responsibilities
  • Set up new communities, plans, and vendors in purchasing systems and portals
  • Input plan budget information into purchasing systems
  • Generate and distribute contracts

  • Administer color setup for new communities
  • Track trade partner insurance compliance
  • Administer utility and energy-related programs and rebates
  • Setup and maintain rebate tracking system
  • Utilize enterprise purchasing and accounting systems to input data and generate reports
  • Support vendor payment inquiry process
Requirements
  • Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year experience in contract administration and/or related construction general office experience
  • Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint
