Job Title: Luxury Client Experience Specialist

Job Summary:

The Luxury Client Experience Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and meeting or exceeding sales objectives within our luxury brand boutique. This role requires a passion for building long-term relationships with clients and a commitment to providing an outstanding client experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Experience:
    • Work to create a positive, inviting, and elevated environment for discerning clients.
    • Be enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the brand's unique heritage, product range, and attributes.
    • Greet clients, listen to their needs, and ask discovery questions.
    • Educate and inform clients based on their needs, building trust and developing a long-term client relationship.
  • Sales and Service:
    • Implement brand strategies and guidelines.
    • Ensure visual presentation of products is consistent with the luxury image of the brand.
    • Closely process sales, including payment, warranty information, sizing, cleaning, and setting of watches.
    • Follow up with clients on purchases.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Obtain client information using the CRM system to build ongoing relationships.
    • Handle client issues with outstanding diplomatic skills, creating a positive experience for the client.
  • Meeting Sales Objectives:
    • Meet or exceed sales objectives for any given month, quarter, and year.
    • Clearly understand daily sales objectives and how they relate to weekly and monthly targets.
    • Focus on developing long-term relationships with clients to increase sales.
  • Other Responsibilities:
    • Adhere to all store security procedures.
    • Set up cases and windows.
    • Respect other Client Advisors, fostering an environment of support and collaboration.
    • Adhere to the company dress code policy.
    • Work with team members to ensure the store is clean and attractive at all times.
    • Attend to attendance, being on time.
    • Help set up or close the store depending on the shift.
  • Brand Responsibility:
    • Ensure appropriate visual merchandising of all products in the store.
    • Check stock daily and ensure watches are handled properly.
    • Maintain informed and up-to-date on brand and industry product knowledge.
    • Embrace and execute the selling and service experience to brand standards.
  • Requirements:

    • Demonstrate an exemplary level of integrity and professionalism at all times.
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule throughout the week.
