What We Offer

Competitive Salary:$55,000 - $65,000 per year (estimated)

About the Role

This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for benefits during client implementation, acting as a consultant to specialize in functional areas of benefits. You will analyze employer benefits plan requirements, build customized benefit plans, and ensure seamless coordination with other services sold and departments.

Requirements
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience in employee benefits administration using HCM software
  • 2-3 years of experience in employee benefits administration, preferably with expertise in EDI/carrier connections, cobra, FSA, HSA, and ACA reporting and compliance
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
