Benefits Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Insurance Agent to join our HR team in the Charlotte office.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Administration or Human Resources, including benefits administration, talent acquisition, compensation, reporting, benefits, and training.
A competitive salary of $72,500 - $82,500 per year is offered, commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities:
- Communicating with employees regarding benefits, HR functions, and company policies
- Resolving client inquiries and complaints
- Screening, recruiting, and interviewing potential employees
- On-boarding and training new employees
- Implementing company culture, values, and policies
Requirements:
- Minimum two years of experience in Human Resources or Administration
- Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or related fields
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- College degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required
