Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Insurance Agent to join our HR team in the Charlotte office.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Administration or Human Resources, including benefits administration, talent acquisition, compensation, reporting, benefits, and training.

A competitive salary of $72,500 - $82,500 per year is offered, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with employees regarding benefits, HR functions, and company policies
  • Resolving client inquiries and complaints
  • Screening, recruiting, and interviewing potential employees
  • On-boarding and training new employees
  • Implementing company culture, values, and policies

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years of experience in Human Resources or Administration
  • Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or related fields
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • College degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required
