About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • A high level of proficiency in computer-based financial/human resource management software packages is essential for this role.
Requirements
  • A minimum of an Associate Degree or three years of experience in a related field is required. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of federal, state, and local regulatory requirements applicable to school systems is essential.
  • A comprehensive understanding of employee benefits and compensation structures is necessary for success in this role.
Working Conditions
  • This is a full-time position requiring occasional exertion of up to ten pounds of force.
  • Able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods during meetings and work sessions.
  • Must be adaptable to performing under mild to high levels of stress.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position ranges from $24.24 per hour, based on the job description and location.
