Do you have what it takes to excel in a fast-paced healthcare environment as a Human Resources Coordinator? Wilora Lake Healthcare Center is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our HR team.

In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee relations. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate personnel records, providing expert HR guidance and support, and collaborating with department heads to achieve facility goals.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in HR/Payroll Administration, preferably with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Health Care Management. At least two years of experience in HR/Payroll Administration is required, with knowledge of administrative practices and procedures, laws, regulations and guidelines pertaining to employment, wage and hour, and labor relations.

Our benefits package includes a competitive salary range of $23.00-$27.00 per hour, holiday pay, paid time off (PTO), and innovative purchasing programs. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive team environment in Charlotte, NC, USA.
