The Executive Director of Student Supports will lead the development of a comprehensive vision and strategy to ensure all students have the necessary support to focus on learning in the classroom. This role will oversee the Wrap Around services department, including the management of Wrap Around Specialists on campuses, to guarantee that all students' basic needs are met. Additionally, this position will support Health and Medical services on campuses, promote high-quality Counseling programs, and facilitate Crisis Management across the district.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a district-wide strategy to support student success

Requirements

  • Masters Degree in education, counseling, student affairs, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership positions within a school system or educational organization
