Job Description- EHS Leadership: Model and promote behaviors that support a continuously improving EHS culture, engaging with employees and stakeholders to ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory objectives.
- Cohesive Team Management: Coach and direct individuals to deliver EHS performance, prepare incident/accident investigations, and implement corrective actions.
- Quality Assurance: Promote delivery of high-quality products while maintaining compliance with Abbott policies and procedures, meeting local and statutory requirements, and adhering to regulatory standards.
- Education: High School diploma/GED or Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Food Technology, or Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Compensation PackageThe estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on specific locations. In addition to a competitive base salary, you'll have access to comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, tuition assistance, and more.
