  • Collaborate with caregivers to create and implement the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) that nurtures healthy identities across racial, cultural, gender, socio-economic, and disability spectrums.
  • Build strong relationships with caregivers and work in partnership with community members and the multidisciplinary ESIT team to address family needs.
  • Actively participate in team meetings, staffing, in-services, and peer coaching/consultation as a committed member of the ESIT team.
  • Demonstrate the ability to integrate and adapt to cultural, racial, linguistic, ethnic, and socio-economic diversity within daily practices by valuing family traditions and languages.
  • Promote positive relationships between caregivers and children by fostering healthy attachments and interactions.
  • Ensure adherence to Children's Therapy Center's processes, policies, and timelines related to IDEA Part B & C.
Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree or relevant experience in social services or early childhood development; Bachelor's degree preferred, and Master's degree encouraged.
  • Experience in case management, social work, family studies, infant mental health, early childhood development, or special education.
  • Strong understanding of child development from birth to three years.

  • Collaborative and participatory, actively inviting diverse perspectives to support organizational goals.
  • Commitment to valuing and engaging with diverse cultural backgrounds and experiences.
  • Strong decision-making abilities, considering relevant details and input from all stakeholders.
  • Self-aware and consistently seeking opportunities for growth and learning.
  • Experience in infant mental health, psychotherapy, and attachment theory is beneficial.
  • Proficient in MS Word and Outlook, with strong word processing skills.
  • Valid driver's license and automobile insurance, with access to reliable transportation.
