Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Kitchen Receiver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving and inspecting incoming merchandise, ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality and freshness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and inspect incoming merchandise, including food and beverage products, to ensure quality and freshness
  • Conduct quality checks on received products to ensure they meet our standards
  • Maintain accurate records of received merchandise, including inventory levels and product expiration dates
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth inventory management and minimize waste
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as a Receiver in a high-volume restaurant or hotel
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
