Our client, MEO Staffing, Inc., is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to maximize sales of their services in the NYC area. The primary responsibility is to manage and upsell to assigned clients, while also qualifying and developing leads into viable opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and upsell to assigned client base.
  • Qualify and develop leads into viable opportunities.
  • Effectively articulate the value proposition to multiple organizational levels.
  • Develop strong business cases, proposals, and presentations for sales opportunities.
  • Negotiate the terms of agreements and close sales.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of industry trends, technology, competitive offerings, and customer requirements.
  • Participate in professional organizations and associations.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales with high volumes of business services.
  • Document Storage experience preferred (e.g. Iron Mountain, Access Information Management, or ShredIt).
  • Must live within 45 minutes of the office.
