Program Manager

Equus Workforce Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead our workforce development initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing special projects, coordinating activities between multiple partners, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement project strategies to exceed contractual requirements, including metrics, cost, and quality.
- Lead and supervise direct reports to meet contracted performance expectations.
- Coordinate employee training, mentoring, and performance assessment.
- Ensure all staff are trained and assessed on funded programs, customer service, and HEART Principles.
- Maintain a library of knowledge and lessons learned from project activities.
- Ensure timely submission of required reporting to the appropriate parties.
- Bachelor's degree in management, organizational development, project management, or business administration.
- Five years of program-level management experience in human services, preferably in the for-profit, non-profit, or government sectors.
- Extensive knowledge of workforce development programs.
- Valid driver's license and proof of liability insurance.
