Job Summary
As a Program Coordinator at Texas Woman's University, you will play a crucial role in the coordination, support, and development of special programs. Your responsibilities will include administrative and supervisory work, ensuring the effective management of program-related activities, financial management, and consultation operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage program-related activities, following policies and guidelines.
- Collect and edit data for reports, drafts, or manuscripts.
- Maintain good public relations and coordinate communication materials.
- Direct and develop technical written materials for processes.
- Provide administrative support and develop and maintain an effective record-keeping procedure.
- Ensure that support services are provided to the program and community.
- Anticipate needs of the program and develop recommendations for filling these needs.
- Assist in budget preparation and ensure proper reporting and administration of requirements.
- Provide logistical support for all locations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an area generally related to program content or assigned responsibilities.
- Three years of experience in a generally related area.
Working Environment
The Program Coordinator will work in a typical interior work environment and may be required to travel. Texas Woman's University promotes a safe working environment and requires employees to complete assigned tasks safely and efficiently.
