Milieu Manager

The Milieu Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our inpatient units, working closely with nursing administration to maintain program integrity and structure.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with training lead Mental Health Technicians (MHTs) and serve as a mentor to all staff.
- Contribute to patient management, program oversight, and unit integrity, ensuring patient safety and crisis management.
- Oversee the implementation of milieu schedules and ensure accurate documentation.
- Develop and maintain effective communication with the leadership team, utilizing strong organizational and time management skills.
- Participate in departmental training and audits as assigned.
- Conduct departmental meetings and facilitate communication among team members.
- Associate's degree in the behavioral sciences or equivalent experience.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Extensive understanding of inpatient psychiatric and acute units in a hospital setting.
- Ability to work effectively with adolescents and adults.
