Memory Support LPN

Job Summary:
Provide direct nursing care to residents in a memory support setting. Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing assistants, ensuring the highest level of care and support. Responsible for admission, transfer, and discharge of residents, maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with healthcare professionals. Respond quickly to emergencies and perform other duties as assigned. Comply with all policies and procedures and any updates.

Requirements:

Education:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.

Licenses/Certifications:
Active LPN license required.

Experience:
1+ years of nursing experience preferred.

Skills & Abilities:
Ability to demonstrate compassion and empathy when working with residents.
