Administrative Support Specialist

President Container Group, a leading independent manufacturer of Corrugated Packaging, seeks an experienced HR Administrator to support the HR team in its rural Orange County, NY factory.
About the RoleThis HR Administrator position will involve supporting the HR team with union and non-union employees, recruitment process, onboarding, administrative tasks, vacation requests, and coverage process.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with recruitment by posting jobs on various mediums and scheduling interviews with Hiring Managers.
- Support onboarding process, including creating Help Desk Onboarding Forms, employee folders, and background checks.
- Manage administrative tasks like updating Vacation Calendar, filing, and scheduling meetings.
- Associate degree in Human Resources or related experience.
- 1+ years as an HR Administrator or Administrative Support.
- Remarkable organizational skills and people management capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Superb computer literacy skills with email, MS Office, and HRIS systems (Kronos is a plus).
- Fluent in Spanish (written and oral).
Estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
