Educational Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Educational Support Specialist to join our team at Adelbrook Inc. As a key member of our staff, you will provide guidance, supervision, mentoring, and life skills training to youth who are residents and students at our Behavioral and Developmental Services and Learning Center.
In this role, you will ensure a smooth transition of youth from the residential program to the Learning Center each morning, serving as an educational liaison between the two facilities. You will also be responsible for implementing behavioral plans, collecting data, and submitting reports in a clear and timely manner through our Electronic Health Record system.
Your expertise in Positive Behavior Support (PBS) and Physical Management Techniques (PMT) will enable you to create a safe and therapeutic environment for our students, while your ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and administrators will help foster academic and therapeutic goals.
If you have a B.S./B.A. in human services or an educational field, or a minimum of 60 credits from an accredited college or university with at least two years of relevant experience, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
