Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline. A Master’s degree in IT or Business Administration (MBA) is preferred.
  • Experience: Over 10 years of experience in IT management, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership capacity. Demonstrated experience in formulating and executing IT strategies.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comprehensive understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, security, and software development. Familiarity with cloud computing, ERP systems, and cybersecurity methodologies.
  • Leadership Abilities: Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities, with the aptitude to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Experience in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, with the skill to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on delivering innovative and effective IT solutions.
  • Certifications: Relevant IT certifications such as PMP, CISSP, ITIL, or similar are advantageous.

Work Environment:

  • This role typically functions in an office setting, with occasional travel as necessary.
