We are seeking a results-driven sales leader to join our team as a Regional Sales Director, responsible for driving growth and expansion in the US East region. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute regional sales plans to meet and exceed sales goals in new and existing accounts.
  • Build and motivate a team of Account Executives to drive sales growth and expansion.
  • Generate opportunities with new customers through effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Sourcegraph's product, value proposition, and competitive landscape.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of enterprise sales leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of building and motivating high-performing sales teams.
  • Expert knowledge of the developer tools market and Sourcegraph's offerings.
  • Strong background in selling to enterprise customers, with a deep understanding of the complexities and nuances of enterprise sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
