- Proven track record of building and motivating high-performing sales teams.
- Expert knowledge of the developer tools market and Sourcegraph's offerings.
- Strong background in selling to enterprise customers, with a deep understanding of the complexities and nuances of enterprise sales cycles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
