As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring Associates are processing efficiently and effectively, and working as a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Merchandise Execution: Create a positive internal and external customer experience by executing receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
- Inventory Management: Train and mentor Associates on established merchandising and processing principles, and ensure merchandise is processed efficiently and effectively.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure efficient flow of goods to sales floor, and work as a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Productivity and Efficiency: Monitor productivity of team and coach as necessary, and ensure Associates complete tasks and activities according to store plan.
- Store Operations: Maintain and uphold merchandising philosophy and signage standards, and ensure all organizational, cleanliness and recovery standards for the backroom area are met.
- Experience: 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
- Skills: Superior communication and organizational skills, capable of multi-tasking, and able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
- Physical Demands: Able to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
We offer a competitive starting pay range of $13.00 to $13.50 per hour, and a comprehensive benefits package including Associate discount, EAP, smoking cessation, bereavement, 401(k) Associate contributions, child care & cell phone discounts, pet & legal insurance, credit union, referral bonuses, and more.
