As a Field Sales Representative with Springs Window Fashions, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for our leading brands and services. With a strong focus on customer relationships and sales training, you will be responsible for generating revenue by selling our products to retail stores and end customers within a defined territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales for our Bali, Graber, Signature Series, and other Springs branded products to retail stores and end customers.
  • Conduct retail in-store business reviews, product training, and build brand affinity/loyalty with retail management and store associates.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail customers and franchise owners.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is strongly preferred.
  • 1-3+ years of experience in retail sales preferred.
  • Scheduling: This position will work 10+ Saturdays each year.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
