Position Overview

As a Capital Projects Coordinator Associate at ENGIE, you will play a vital role in supporting the Program Manager and Project Manager within the Capital Projects division. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate all phases of the Capital Projects program, from initial concept through to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and schedule design, pre-construction, and construction meetings for the Capital Projects program, ensuring thorough documentation of meeting minutes and action items.
  • Lead weekly coordination meetings with university stakeholders, ENGIE project teams, and contractors to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Utilize your analytical skills to assess current and upcoming projects at Ohio State, identifying potential conflicts and opportunities for synergy with ENGIE's initiatives.
  • Maintain high standards of document organization and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and SharePoint.
  • Support the Program Manager in preparing close-out documentation and revising process and reporting templates for all project phases.
  • Document audit reports, detail design bid packages, and manage Requests For Information (RFI) and submittals during the construction phase.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team and project objectives.
Additional Information
  • This position offers a hybrid work arrangement.
  • Travel may be required up to 10% of the time.
  • A valid U.S. driver's license is necessary as driving a company vehicle is part of the role.
  • Compliance with ENGIE's ethics and safety policies is mandatory.
  • Outdoor work is expected, with exposure to various weather conditions.
Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: $53,900 - $83,375 USD annually

This range reflects the average expected pay for qualified candidates. Actual salary may vary based on experience, education, and other relevant factors.
