Your Role as a Signage Project Coordinator:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for our esteemed national clients regarding their construction and facility management initiatives.
  • Overseeing the essential activities required for the successful execution of sign construction and installation projects, which includes assessing job sites and compliance requirements, selecting installation teams, negotiating rates, supervising installer performance, and coordinating the manufacturing and delivery of signage across various locations.
  • Collaborating with our Business Development team to transform accounts into long-term partnerships.
  • Experiencing the fulfillment of witnessing the tangible outcomes of your efforts.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a proactive, dependable, and confident Project Coordinator with exceptional organizational and communication abilities. Your background should include:

  • A minimum of 5 years in multi-site construction, retail planning, signage, or facility management.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent construction projects.
  • Knowledge of building codes, sign regulations, and permitting processes.
  • Skills in negotiating with and overseeing construction subcontractors.
  • Familiarity with design and manufacturing workflows.
  • Ability to interpret construction blueprints effectively.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Remote candidates with substantial signage experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Previous experience with Project Management and/or Design software is advantageous.
