Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Ohana Pacific Health. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient office operations, providing clerical functions, and maintaining patient electronic health records.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with onboarding tasks for new team members, including training and orientation.
  • Provide support with filing claims and billing processes, as well as basic IT support.
  • Manage provider schedules, assist with call outs, and reassign patients as needed.
  • Maintain effective communication with team members, guests, patients, and community providers.
  • Order supplies as needed to ensure the office runs smoothly.
  • Maintain organized and efficient filing systems.
  • Assist in keeping program policies and procedures up to date.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Current medical/health screening includes 2 step TB Clearance.
  • Two years of experience in clerical, office, or administrative healthcare role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
