Position Overview

  • Oversee financial planning, reporting, and control measures to guarantee accuracy and reliability.
  • Facilitate financial reporting and budget oversight functions.
  • Direct the monthly financial closing activities and evaluate operational performance.
  • Manage the accounting department's operations, including accounts receivable and payable.
  • Develop financial forecasts and conduct ad-hoc analyses.
  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations and implement departmental objectives and procedures.
  • Support audit processes and offer suggestions for enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate and present inventory outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in accounting, budgeting, and internal control methodologies.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and financial compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and MS Office applications.
  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory; a master's degree is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 5 years of accounting experience within a manufacturing context.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours as necessary.

Work Environment

The work setting is moderately noisy, with occasional travel requirements.

Office and manufacturing/warehouse environments may involve exposure to dust, odors, and noise.

Work Schedule

Expected to commit to 40+ hours per week, with standard office hours typically from 7am to 6pm, Monday through Friday.

Work hour expectations may vary based on business requirements.
