As a Sales Representative at Lionheart Energy, you will play a pivotal role in advancing green energy initiatives and contributing to a rapidly growing market for EV charging stations. About the Role

This full-time position requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills, a proven track record in sales, and a passion for sustainability. You will work closely with our team to identify customer needs, develop tailored energy solutions, and promote our EV charging station offerings to new and existing customers.

Responsibilities

  • Present and promote Lionheart Energy's EV charging station solutions to customers in Connecticut, focusing on regions with the greatest incentives.
  • Prospect and contact potential clients in the multifamily and commercial sectors, using CRM platforms and sales tracking tools to manage your pipeline.
  • Bid farewell to stress Sell free items and take advantage of lucrative commission structures.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably with a background in property management or ownership.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, sales tracking tools, and data analysis software is highly desirable.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and close deals effectively.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are essential for this role.

What We Offer

  • A competitive base salary of $80,000, complemented by a generous commission structure that rewards top performers.
  • Estimated yearly commissions range from $150,000 to $250,000, making this a lucrative opportunity for motivated individuals.
