Airline Baggage Service Agent in SFO Airport with Health Benefits

Job Summary:
Hallmark Aviation Services is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Airline Baggage Service Agent to join our team at San Francisco International Airport (SFO). As a key member of our airport operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth handling and processing of airline baggage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a thorough understanding of airline baggage handling procedures and regulations.
- Coordinate with airport staff to ensure efficient baggage processing and minimize delays.
- Must have excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to operate baggage handling equipment and technology.
- Organize and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Assist in resolving baggage issues and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure all activities are conducted in a safe and healthy manner, adhering to Hallmark Aviation Services' safety policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or G.E.D. is preferred but not required
- 0-1 year of experience in a related field is preferred.
- High mechanical aptitude required
- High level of energy and motivation
- Servtech will provide training and education to those strong applicants who may need it
- Ability to read blueprints, ISO's, and other technical documents is preferred but not required
- Must be able to read a tape measure
- Must be able to perform job responsibilities at heights
- Must possess the ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel, both hourly and management, in a team environment
Physical Demands:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential function of this job. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to walk, stand, use hands and fingers, grip, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; and talk and hear. Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. on a regular basis is required. Must be able to stand / walk at least 90% of the time and sit less than 10% of the time.
