GPAC is seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join our team in the home improvement market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on building relationships and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

This role will involve:

  • Broadening existing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities;
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth;
  • Maintaining strong communication and interpersonal skills to ensure seamless interactions with customers and colleagues;
  • Traveling regularly (3-4 days per week) to meet with clients across Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio, with occasional overnight stays;
  • Providing exceptional customer service to build trust and loyalty;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the home improvement industry;
  • A background in cabinetry or kitchen and bath design, with knowledge of various sales techniques and methods;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal and negotiation skills;
  • The ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain a high level of attention to detail;
  • Familiarity with trade shows and industry events, with a willingness to attend such events to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices;
  • A valid driver's license, as regular travel is required.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
