Work Arrangement: Hybrid & Remote

Role Summary

As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role within Kantar America's Sales team, significantly contributing to the revenue growth of the Profiles Division.

Your primary focus will be on engaging new enterprise clients with our quantitative research solutions derived from proprietary assets. You will be responsible for promoting brand research through various methodologies, including field & tab and agile solutions such as Kantar's Accelerated Answers and Connected Data.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in quantitative research sales and a proven track record of securing new enterprise revenue.

This position reports directly to the Vice President of Business Development for Kantar Profiles in North America.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and qualify a robust pipeline of potential brand direct clients across key industry sectors.
  • Initiate and secure meetings with prospects in your designated territory through strategic outbound efforts.
  • Surpass quarterly and annual revenue objectives by prioritizing tasks and utilizing available resources effectively.
  • Establish Kantar Profiles as an essential partner for enterprise clients through strategic account planning and engagement.
  • Identify and leverage the most suitable Profiles solutions for clients and Kantar.
  • Foster and maintain client relationships to ensure renewals and uncover new opportunities.
  • Manage the sales process from initial inquiry through to closure and final delivery.
  • Utilize CRM tools to maintain precise tracking of the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate effectively with Kantar colleagues and client support teams to enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in acquiring new business and expanding existing client accounts.
  • Proficient in executing outbound communications to secure meetings.
  • Familiarity with the Sample Market Research industry or a related field.
  • Ability to cultivate and sustain strong, collaborative client partnerships.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a capacity for innovative thinking to achieve both short-term and long-term objectives.
  • Commercially astute with a commitment to helping the business meet its financial goals.
  • A genuine interest in Sample Panel research, coupled with excellent communication skills and experience in dynamic environments.
  • Creative ideas and insights to contribute to the ongoing growth of Profiles.
