Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to reach current and new running and fitness communities in the surrounding area.
  • Drive customer traffic into the store, meet sales objectives, and acquire and retain customers.
  • Manage and grow community partnerships, outreach events, and expos.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local running clubs and organizations.
  • Coordinate packet pickups and race support.
  • Collaborate with Store Management, the Retail Experience Team, and the Running Club Team to achieve marketing goals.

Requirements

  • Available to work a flexible schedule.
  • Proven track record of cold calling and building grassroots relationships.
  • Working knowledge of social media and MS Office.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
