**Sales Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Operations Director to join our Business Operations and Strategy team at NICE. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving the productivity of our sales force and revenue growth of our SMB and Global Channel Partners business.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with senior executives and sales leadership to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives.
- Collect, analyze, and report vast volumes of sales and operational data from various internal systems to drive business insights and inform decision-making.
- Evaluate sales trends, records, and performance by territories and product offerings to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales operations.
- Present business insights and recommendations to the regional management team to drive business growth and improvement.
- Develop and implement business improvement initiatives across sales, presales, services, product, legal, and finance teams.
- Develop, track, and monitor regional sales-related KPIs to improve internal processes and drive business results.
- Partner with sales management and sales executives to support day-to-day operational decisions and drive sales performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or other business-related field required; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in preparing complex operational and business analysis; sales operations experience preferred.
- Experience collaborating with business leaders and key stakeholders to deliver data-driven efficiency improvements.
- Experience in a top-tier consulting firm highly desirable.
- Experience in a global technology company; enterprise software company experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent data management and analysis capabilities.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
