Your Role:
As a Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team through various marketing initiatives. Your contributions will help identify and capitalize on business opportunities with both existing and potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:
In this position, your tasks will include:

  • Assisting the sales team with the development and execution of marketing strategies aimed at generating leads and fostering customer relationships.
  • Collaborating closely with both the sales and corporate marketing teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
  • Creating and implementing marketing campaigns that target new business prospects and nurture current clients.
  • Utilizing a variety of marketing channels, including email, social media, webinars, and events, to reach our audience.
  • Coordinating marketing activities with the overall corporate marketing calendar and sales objectives.
  • Analyzing and reporting on the performance of marketing initiatives to gauge their impact.
  • Providing valuable insights and feedback to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing efforts.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A degree or associate's degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in marketing, ideally within the IT sector.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English.
  • Strong capabilities in marketing disciplines such as copywriting, design, analytics, and project management.
  • Familiarity with various marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems and email marketing solutions.
  • A creative, proactive, and results-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Flexibility and a willingness to learn new skills and technologies.

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $75,000.
